HOW OUR SIMPLE PROCESS WORKS:

Our client and customer calls or emails us and advises us of the level of services desired (personal concierge services, business services, event planning, or corporate services). 

The client care representative will speak to the client and customer directly on the phone to discuss requests, or set an appointment to meet in person.

Our clients and customers will discuss their specific needs and the dates the requests are to be completed.  Choices for a membership plan or a non-membership plan will be made during this time, as well as the review of the client service policy and service level agreement.

The client care representative will document the request(s) and discuss the specific requests, the membership benefits and the pricing options, based upon the client needs.

The client will indicate the method of payment options either by check or payment online (MasterCard, Visa, American Express).
