OUR LEADER:
Stan Taylor is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of Southern Comfort Concierge, Inc.
Prior to founding Southern Comfort Concierge, Inc., in 2006, Stan spent the previous 16 years serving and leading in the military, corporate and private sector in the information technology industry. He held a variety of leadership, management and consulting roles in software development and testing, technical support, knowledge management, change management, customer support and operations with the U.S. Air Force, Renaissance Worldwide, Inc., Volt Services Group, and Hewlett Packard Company. Leveraging his broad experience in enhancing the total customer experience through balancing the use of his customer relationship management experience, technology support skills, and team members’ expertise, the vision of Southern Comfort Concierge is to facilitate and fulfill the ever changing needs of our global culture, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – anywhere in the world.
Our support team has a combined 75 plus years of experience in customer service related fields including: business administration, hospitality, administrative management, event planning, facilities management, and information technology industries, to name a few.
